Basic information

The car ferry port in Larvik used to be just 300 metres away from the source of Farris mineral water, but a new terminal was built about 1 km away in 2008, for the start of services with the Color line Superspeed 1 ferry

Transport to / from:

The bus and train terminals are in the town, about 1-2 km from the new ferry terminal.
The main E18 road is about 3 km away, with access off at the junction to the north of Larvik (not through the town).

Ferry lines and routes:

Colorline operates a route to Hirtshals Denmark using the Superspeed 1 ferry, introduced in 2008.
At the same time, the route to Fredrikstad was dropped.
