The path begins for 0.5km as a gravelled trail
passing the diving platforms, another tiny beach and a small boat harbour.
At the end of this gravelled section, you can make a small diversion up to the road away from the coast to see Svarthola (Black Hole), a small cave and stone age site. The path then becomes much narrower and muddy in places before finally opening out into a large open rocky area gently dipping down to the sea. Vistnes village and lighthouse are visible in the distance. Along the way you will see a sign to nearby Vistnestunet, an old working farm open to visitors.
