Oslo ferry terminals

Oslo is the capital of Norway and it is busy, with one terminal close to the main railway station, and the other out west beyond Aker Brygge. In between are lots of other quays and moorings, for all the other boats with business in the town.

Basic information

There are in fact two separate terminals: Color line is at Hjortneskaien 2 km to the west of the centre, DFDS and Stena line are at Rivierkaia just east of Akershus castle in the centre, and closer to the main railway station.

Transport to / from:

Both terminals are close to the E18 or E6 roads.

Ferry lines and routes:

Color line has a sailing to Kiel Germany every day.

Stena line has a sailing every day to Fredrikshavn Denmark.

DFDS Seaways has a sailing every day to Helsingborg Sweden and Copenhagen Denmark.
